As part of the Strategy development process, Kada Research and GC Insight undertook a review and analysis of the local and wider employment and skills landscape.  This provided an understanding of the current skills and employment ecosystem in Rotherham as well as wider strengths and challenges in the area.

The Implications Review draws out key policies and data points from this analysis. Through this, a strong case for change and rationale for intervention has been developed which provides a strong evidence base which underpins the Employment and Skills Strategy.
